I am VERY happy person. He looks so awesome!!
This is a portrait of a character for the Kingdom Hearts fanfic I'm doing with
. His name is Ayer and he is one of the jokers. He starts out a good guy and turns evil toward the end. I wanted a very mysterious air about him, thus the mask. His hair is awful, but I am very proud of the shading on his face. Of course, it figures this one would be done on a frikkin piece of computer paper rather than in my sketchbook, so the quality is only so-so. I'm still terribly proud of him...

Actually, I think you're right, although I'd want it to look cool. I'm just not good at hair styles, you know...
And, his hair does suck. You haven't seen the original with the hair completed. The scan softened up some of the suckiness. I am so tired of not being able to do hair right! GRRRRRR! Maybe I can look for a class on how to sketch realistic hair... Not to mention, light colored hair is so hard to get right. Maybe I should darken it a little. The pic isn't set yet, so I can make any changes I want... That, at least, is a good thing.
